At Nirimba State Primary school, homework is used as a tool to support students' learning in the classroom. Literacy and Numeracy are prioritised for homework activities and Daily Reading, at a suitable, easy level, is expected to be completed as often as possible. Other activities may be set by your child's classroom teacher, however the amount of set homework tasks will always allow sufficient time for students to interact with their family, as well as pursuing other recreational and cultural activities throughout the week.
